Thank you for considering Sacred Heart Catholic School for your child’s place of spiritual and intellectual formation. We look forward to partnering with you as the primary educators of your children. If you have this packet in your hand, it is no accident. You are looking for something different and unique for your child(ren). Prayer is the difference here! Through prayer we enter into a conversation and relationship with Jesus.
We teach a classical curriculum, which focuses on the good, the true, and the beautiful. The core of our curriculum is the person of Jesus Christ. We work very hard to foster a family atmosphere and stress the individual value of each student, teaching students to respect their peers as they themselves would want to be respected. All students receive instruction in literature, reading, language arts, science, mathematics, history, social studies, art, religion, Latin, and Spanish (grades 7 and 8 only). Our goal is to graduate students who will excel in their high school and college classes due to the preparatory education they receive at Sacred Heart.
Sacred Heart School now has a limited bus run to and from St. Anne’s Church in Chassell to lessen the transportation burden for families from the northern end of the vicariate who want a Catholic, classical education for their children. And we have been blessed with generous benefactors who help us to assure that no child will be denied a Catholic education due to financial reasons. We work with each family to ensure the tuition for their child’s education at Sacred Heart School is affordable through a combination of grants and scholarships.
I would be happy to meet with you to answer questions or to give you a tour of the school. It’s going to be a great year and we are excited to have your family join us!
God bless you, and God bless Sacred Heart School!
